Meet Your Horse's Wellness Advocate

Owner and Founder
Gloria Baker
My life with horses has been nothing short of organic! My career has had many twists and turns arriving here today. I married a cowboy from Wyoming. You read that right, we both were appointed to the US Air Force Academy, class of 2006. I hold a BSBA in Accounting from the University of Colorado. I've been volunteering at Ryerss Farm for Aged Equines since 2023 and I've had the privilege of learning so much about herd dynamics while observing our 80 equines on the property. I couldn't help but also observe abnormalities in gait and changes in how their muscles functioned as they age. When the opportunity presented itself to become a certified equine massage therapist, I couldn't resist. I still donate my time every week, working on the retired horses at Ryerss Farm. They have taught me so much and I will forever be thankful for their patience and love. It is an honor to be able to serve your horse with dignity and respect and pursue a life with animals that I truly love. Valor Ridge continues a tradition of service as we are proudly veteran owned.
